1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HopeLoop (the 'Service'), operated by Touristo Collective Co., Ltd. ('Company', 'we', 'us'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HopeLoop provides astrological and psychologically-informed digital readings, reports, and a personal dashboard (collectively, the 'Sanctuary'). All content is for informational and introspective purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, or professional psychological counseling.
3. Payments and Refunds
Access to the full Sanctuary requires a one-time payment of $8.99 USD. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us at hopeloopco@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account private key and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Company will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, reports, and software, is the exclusive property of Touristo Collective Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the astrological interpretations will be accurate for every individual circumstance. Astrological readings are interpretive in nature.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Touristo Collective Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Touristo Collective Co., Ltd.'s principal place of business.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
